Sunny renovated furnished home on a quiet, centrally located street. This upper-floor duplex has two bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, chef's kitchen, living room, full dining room and two offices. The master suite has a queen sized bed and attached bath with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a full bed, and a bathroom with a tub/shower down the hall.

Home has refinished hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, European towel heaters, basement storage and in-unit washer and dryer. There is a private roof deck and shared back yard with a grill. The unit is fully furnished.

Two off-street parking spaces and room for bikes and other equipment. The house is on a charming, quiet street in Somerville a few minutes from Powder House, Teele and Ball Squares, Tufts, and less than a 10 minute walk to Davis Square. Easy access to MIT, Harvard and downtown Boston. Less than 10 minute walk to the Green and Red Lines and close to local highways.
