Called twice to confirm a crib and double checked at check in. Stated it was in the room but wasn’t. Called three times for one and never got one. Property was clean and staff was friendly.
We always stay at Hilton Logan when flying through the Boston area. It is a fantastic hotel, attached to the airport. Its super concerned. And the front desk staff is great. Excellent doormen, great shuttle drivers, restaurants, everything. Perfect all the time. We appreciate all of them.
Wonderful hotel for a quick overnight on our way to London from Honolulu. Excellent everything: service, room, restaurants. Love it. Staying again on our way back in a couple weeks.
This property is so worn out. Beds are hard and uncomfortable. Wayyyyyy overpriced for what you get. I wouldn’t pay more than $100 a night for this place. And it was 3 Xs that! Employees all seem so pissed to be there and doing their job.
The restaurant staff were exceptional. I was not happy with the front desk at check in. I was given a handicap room which I did not request. The Hilton staff should have communicated and asked if a handicap room was acceptable
