Great service and exceptionally clean. Normal wear and tear, sure, but immaculate levels of hygenic. We appreciated how well run this establishment is from minute one when the advance info notices came through messenger. Friendly, efficient staff and great bright space for breakfast. Would absolutely book again!

The hotel was clean, service was good. We enjoyed the coffee and breakfast, there was a nice variety. The only thing that disappointed me was that I had to pay for parking.

Very friendly staff,very clean rooms with excellent bathroom.microwave ,fridge,ironing board good additions. Only qualms was small coffee maker and paper cups. Breakfast was good apart from hot food options,there was no bacon for the 4 breakfasts we had at hotel. Quiet location with good supermarket close by. Easy to get to downtown boston by sl3 bus

This was close to the airport and inexpensive when I had an early flight. The place was quiet and good for sleeping and the staff got me a breakfast bag when I had to leave before breakfast time started.

Not enough parking. QR codes are a pain in the ass, especially on a rented car. Being told to park across the street was definitely undesirable, so since we got in so late, we were allowed to park in the handicapped space out front. Our car got hit while we were in the hotel and we do not know how much it is going to cost us.

I did Not stay at this hotel because Hampton Inn canceled my reservation. EXPEDIA was the cause of this problem. I never received a confirmation of reservation from EXPEDIA but Hampton Inn did. When I did not show for the reservation ( my plane was 4 hrs. Late due to a Nor’easter). Hampton Inn canceled the room and charged me on my credit card. it was impossible for me to cancel a reservation I never knew I had. I lost $$$ because of this. Hampton Inn refused to refund me my money and EXPEDIA refused to admit they had made an error. NEVER book through EXPEDIA!!!! This was a lot of money for me . I never received the confirmation from EXPEDIA, the reservation was never listed in my reservation account and EXPEDIA would not admit I had this reservation until Hampton Inn confirmed it and EXPEDIA still refused to admit it.

Parking shouldn’t have to pay for parking when you’re spending that much on a hotel room especially when they have a parking lot you can park in. I don’t believe they should be charging their guest to park in a hotel parking lot.

Was very surprised by this property. I normally stay at Hampton Inn hotels but may reconsider after this. This hotel is in a sketchy unsafe area of Chelsea (there was someone being arrested right outside of the building). Both times we walked past the front desk there was no one there. This caused me to be extremely worried since the front doors to the hotel were not key activated and there was no one at the desk. Seeing someone be arrested directly outside and knowing there was absolutely no security to the building was very scary. On top of this, our tv was all static and we could not get any channels to work. We called the front desk to resolve this and no one picked up the phone. We also could not get the temperature in the room to change either. It was blowing hot air out of the vent and set to 76. We tried switching it to cool and then fan and changed the temp number yet it was still hot air. We were sweating all night long and received no help after calling the front desk. Very disappointed by this stay.

I stayed here for my trip to Boston to attend PAX. The hotel was great and I'm really happy I decided to stay here. The airport shuttle was timely and the hotel as a whole was great. I would definitely stay here again.

Free breakfast was main reason for booking this hotel however breakfast was disappointing, eggs were watery and not a good selection. Also, on third day the food was scarce by 8:30am ( no fruits, no waffle mix, no milk for coffee). However, the staff was welcoming, the shuttle to/ from hotel was a PLUS, facility was clean, room was spacious and beds were comfortable.
