For a busy weekend such as Memorial Day weekend . I found the stay very pleasant and relaxing. It’s actually a big surprise it wasn’t busy. Which I loved. Food was great and rooms were spectacular! Will def be visiting again!
I loved this stay will be definitely returning as a VIP member. I was treated like true VIP I can’t wait to visit Boston one more time to enjoy this property. I loved it. Definitely recommend!

I was disappointed that the spa was closed on Monday and Tues especially because my sister and I came for a 2 night stay Mon- Wed for a spa vacation. I found out after I booked it.
A small glass of wine. Bottles $ 60-80 No service around the gambling floor to order any drinks. Maybe one server. Restaurants too expensive and I was disappointed in the shops. I had to drive everywhere. Next time I will stay closer to newbury st.

No robes like stated in description, Alexa features were not working in our room, way to highly priced for poor attention to detail, gambled all night did not get one drink served to me not once I will never come back.

Thank you for your review. At this time while we do not have a pool we do have a Forbes Travel Guide rated 5 Star Spa which does have wet areas for use by Spa customers.
