Overall very satisfied with clean room & bathroom...walkable if you're not too bothered with going over a busy highway... and didn't love walking back late at night. But property is a great find & very reasonably priced!

Convenient location to walk from south station and to the cruise terminal. Easy walk to the waterfront. Gym was good, quiet. Little noisy as our room faced the junction.

Great hotel. Rooms are clean, modern, great sleep quality. Location is good if you want access to the subway. Food offerings are limited. They put out complimentary coffee and a minimal continental breakfast. I had great concern about this hotel being labeled Seaport. Seaport restaurants are 1-1.5 miles away. Booking here is not the same as booking hotels in Seaport area

Ideally this was a very nice hotel but it advertised 2 restaurants and they were not opened.. they offered breakfast and room service in your room but it was only when we checked out 3 days later flyers were on the checkin stating the restaurants were closed.. no indication prior or on the web page.. not good.

The front desk staff were fabulous. Always the happiest people I would see. We stayed Friday night - Wednesday and only received housekeeping services Tuesday. I had to go down and get more shampoo/soap. We didn’t need fresh towels but we needed our trash emptied. There was only one tiny trashcan in the room. The restaurant and rooftop is permanently closed which is inconvenient. Online it says under construction but in the hotel it says the restaurant and rooftop are permanently closed.

We stayed at the Cambria for two nights and to be honest we booked it on price, and the hotel was worth every penny we spent, the room was large and clean, beds comfortable shower hot and had good pressure. We had a 13th floor room which gave us a great view of the July 4th fireworks. All the staff we interacted with were very friendly and helpful and it’s very close location to a metro stop made it great to get around the city.
