Very comfortable hotel with generous amenities and friendly, helpful staff. Easy to get to and in a great location, with an unobstructed view of the Red River and downtown Shreveport, and right next to a beautiful river promenade and an outlet mall with a variety of shops and restaurants.

If you do stay here be sure to request a room as far from the railroad track as possible. We had two rooms right next to the train track and our whole family was kept up by the loudest train noise imaginable. It sounded like they were going through our room.

There were issues with the fire alarm. There was a false alarm 4 times throughout the night. After calling down to the front desk, there were no answers, no apologies, nothing to make up for the severe inconvenience.

We are very sorry about this inconvenience. Fire alarms are sensitive and complicated systems within hotels designed to keep our guests safe, rather than frustrated. We are very sorry that this was handled in a way that lacked sympathy for the inconvenience this caused. We will bring this to the attention of our staff as a coachable moment for better communication in the future.

Sadly disappointed 3rd visit.
We have stayed at this location before and loved it. This visit was not the same. Evidently there had been damage to the location a few weeks earlier, and instead of letting us know we arrive to the pictures below. When we arrived the room was clean but the tv had no cords, no rags, and had so much noise in the walls it was hard to sleep. Not what we had experienced in this hotel before.

Overnight stay
I wasn’t aware that the hotel was undergoing renovations. That in itself really wasn’t a problem but have all the construction equipment and vehicles in the parking lot made parking difficult. Inside our room was nice and clean although it’s time to replace the mattress.. just a little too lumpy for our taste. Thin walls made for hearing noises all night long. Close to what we needed it to be. It’s not terrible but for the price I expected more.

The floors felt soggy and it smelt musty throughout the hotel. The beds were uncomfortable with tiny pillows. We did not get no sleep from the banging and constant sounds coming from the room above us . We will not be staying here again!

Best Stay In Bossier
Everything was great as it pertains to the hotel. The Boardwalk shopping area is very lackluster with very few shops still occupying the spaces, but that has nothing to do with the hotel. Also the casino scene was TRASH, but again that has nothing to do with the hotel. Lastly, if I were to come back to Bossier (highly unlikely) I would 1000% stay here again.

Staff was very good. Watched as they made sure the Christmas decorations were spaced evenly. Thought that was really amazing, so much attention to details. And it all looked beautiful! Every staff member, including housekeeping, never missed an opportunity to greet us ask how we were doing. I’ll be back!!!!
