"It just didn’t seem like what was shown online. I had the impression that it was like a hotel. It was not. We were only given one role of toilet paper, so we had to ask the host to bring some. We have to give him props for coming to give us some though. There also wasn’t any shampoo or conditioner, it just seemed disappointing. We didn't pay that much so I guess you get what you pay for."

"We liked the room, just surprised that the toiletries were limited to one jar of liquid hand soap. We had shampoo and other soap so not a problem for us. "Overall our 4 nights stay was mediocre. The rooms are big but need modernising as the bathrooms are small and very outdated. The location of the hotel for our family wasnt great. The pool is not very clean but would have been great if they use a robot etc to have it cleaned. As per previous reviews Mosquitos are bad, we stayed at 5 other places on our trip and didnt experience the same. No restaurant at all and bar open only until early evening. The cleaning staff are fantastic."

"We loved staying in this house. It had everything we needed and was very comfortable for our family of four. It could easily be great for 6! The outdoor area was lovely and peaceful.
