"The staff at the front desk were outstanding. They contacted me in advance to ensure that I would have no issues on arrival, then made some very nice suggestions to enjoy and make the most of my one-night stay in Tirano The two ladies I met were both very welcoming, friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. The apartment itself was very nice, modern, clean, economically priced in my opinion, and conveniently located a few minutes walk from the train station. The only drawback to this is that it’s located along the tracks across from the train station so you will hear some verbal announcements and train arrivals and departures. This was not an issue for me given the short stay but if it will bother you, take it into consideration — especially if you plan a longer stay. "

"Overall, everything was really nice I think the hotel is pretty new hotel and everything seems to be all working properly. I would just put a little minus point for the TV not being connected to TV where you can AirPlay from your devices so the choice is quite limited. Breakfast was nice & included and staff as well was great and looked after us - fresh cakes, yogurt, cereals, hot options. "
