"One of the most helpful hotels we have ever stayed in. Really went out of their way for us on several occasions. Breakfast is fabulous. The hotel itself is clean and to a good European standard. Easy access to the tram that takes you into town and close enough to the airport, and they provide a free airport shuttle. "

"The hotel is great and the pool is lovely. Staff and service were strong. The location is a bit out of the way. For everything, ask at the desk, reservations are typical for most things, not the restaurant but the pool and spa and car rental: everything seems to be arranged at least a day in advance, and more because not everyone works the weekend, so make those arrangements far in advance."

"Good location at the entrance of a busy and main street of Fort de l'Eau that used to be a very attractive and touristic village. The room is very spacious and clean with a superb front sea view. The front sea is at few steps from the hotel. A plenty of restaurants that serve delicious fresh fish make this area unique. We really enjoyed our short stay in this hotel and I would recommend it for traveling visitors from and to abroad. If offered, a shuttle to and from the international airport would've been a plus for this hotel."

"Services need a lot of improvements, and for a country with so much beautiful fruits and vegetables, the buffet for breakfast is very poor. Staff need to have a lot of training for the guests. "
