"Room was not dusted well. Dirt on window sill. Fitness room was disgustingly dirty. It looked like it wasn’t cleaned ever, dirt all over the floor and smelled bad. 3 of the 6 exercise machines were broken. The bed mattresses sat on metal frames that made a loud boing sound every time someone moved on the bed. Very disappointed with the bed. Hard to sleep with noisy beds. The breakfast room was clean and the food options were good. Breakfast was enjoyable. "
