We loved our week long stay with our family of 7. It was extremely spacious. Pet and family friendly which was such a plus for us. Everything was clean and welcoming they even put up a Christmas tree which was wonderful surprise. We enjoyed the hot tub being ready to go the evening we arrived it was a great highlight to our evenings, though it had a bit too much chorine the first evening. The only other thing we had trouble with was the back door knob which was very difficult to open. Overall we would definitely come back to this house!
We loved our stay and would definitely come back. The house felt very clean and homey. It was great proximity to the campus making it easy to come and go. The check-in and out process was a breeze.
This property is conveniently located near Boone with lots of activities close by. Great place for families. We spent a month so couple complications but were resolved by management.
We stayed at this property while our daughter graduated nursing school at App State! This venue was the perfect location for our family and our daughter's friends visited us there too. A great time was had by all. I can highly recommend this venue and we hope to be back to visit soon!
We went to NC in search of snow, and we found it! The home was set up nicely for our 3 girls, ages 5, 6, and 7. There's a nice play area upstairs with a few games, crayons, and puzzles, but the yard covered in snow was the best part for the kids. The property manager was very responsive and helpful. We had a great stay!
This home was beautiful and a lot of room. Great neighborhood with very friendly neighbors, very quiet and close to everything! Home is well equipped and has very nice furniture. We highly recommend this home and we will be going back again.
Property was as advertised. Clean and well stocked with all supplies we needed. The hot tub was a nice addition to our stay. It would be nice if there were a couple more chairs or seats in the main living area. There's plenty of room for a couple more comfy chairs to seat more people. Easy in and out property and great location from App State! We enjoyed our stay at your cabin.
My wife and I spent a full month at this property. Great experience overall. Location is very convenient and calm. Close enough to the city but far from the crouds and noise. Also great for skiing as it is very close to the mountains.
Also, uber eats and Instacart take less than 1 hour to deliver, so no matter what, you're always stocked.
Communication with the host was easy and constant. We had issues with the tub that were quickly addressed and resolved after notifying them.
Would definitely recommend
An Early Christmas/ Fall Graduation family celebration. We had a wonderful weekend together. The home was clean and well appointed with towels and linens and all the essentials. The guestbook gave excellent recommendations. The home was in a lovely setting and was close to campus. The host provided excellent instructions in advance of our stay. The house was so welcoming, we stayed in to celebrate rather than going out. What a great family memory for us. Thank you!!

Liked: Check-in, communication, location
Disliked: Cleanliness
The location of this property was great—very convenient for our needs, and the home was as described in the listing. We appreciated the easy and accommodating early check-in, which helped us settle in before our baseball tournament. However, upon returning to the home late that evening, I found a significant amount of dog hair on the rug and sheets in the master bedroom. I had to vacuum the space before feeling comfortable enough to sleep. The next morning, I discovered the main living area was in a similar condition and had to clean again.I reached out to Brandon, who responded promptly and offered to send someone to clean and a bottle of wine as a gesture. Since I had already cleaned and we don’t drink wine, I declined.Overall, while the property itself and the location were great, the lack of cleanliness upon arrival was disappointing and not what I would expect from a VRBO rental.
We came in town for a wedding. This was accurately close, which was a huge plus. Exactly as described and had a very home style feel. Plenty of room, great floor plan. Very easy stay. We would highly recommend
We enjoyed our stay in Boone very much! Would do it again, to enjoy the weather and the natural beauty... Martin's help only added on top of an already amazing trip.
The house was perfect for our stay! It was clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed. It was close to Boone so we could easily go into town to pick up a few groceries or eat but was in a quiet little community. We were also close enough to all our favorite places to visit. We would recommend this house and would definitely stay here again.
