Just minutes to Downtown Boone and ASU, yet on this property, you feel secluded and private.

This home is pet friendly with a one-time, nonrefundable pet fee. Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy

Pet friendly. Anderson realty personnel were very helpful. It is a remote property, but once we found the best way in and out, it was nice to be away from crowds. The only reason we gave it a 4 star instead of 5 was because we were not told there was no mail box at the property and our mail got messes up.
