We had a great stay at this cozy house! All the family enjoyed the hot tub and there was room for everyone in our party of 9 plus our doggy! We went to Boone for family weekend at App State which was a 13 minute drive!

The house is old. The house was well stocked with what we need in the kitchen. It is close to town and was convenient.We had good time visiting our son and their new born.

Our stay was nothing short of amazing. From check in to check out, everything was great. The house was so clean and a great location in Boone! The kitchen had everything you need for cooking which made our stay great. Plenty of room for a big group.

We enjoyed our stay, this home was spacious for our group. Beds were comfy, having a washer/dryer was a plus (It did need to be cleaned) There was a coffee maker, air fryer, crockpot and just about everything you’ll need to cook, seasons, pots, cups and plates and plenty of utensils. The 2 fridges were also a plus. Both showers had good pressure and stayed hot. It was unfortunately a bit dirty all throughout the home, we had to clean before we settled in. We also had issues with the smoke detector going off constantly even while making toast in the toaster.. I believe the placement of the detector should be moved. We also did have to improvise and put a blanket over the front door as there were no shades or curtains for privacy and also no screens on the windows to safety enjoy a cool breeze. The hot tub was also nasty, would’ve been nice to take a dip but it was raining and no covering. With a few upgrades and a good clean we would definitely stay again!

Our family had a great stay! This cabin was the perfect size for our family of 6 and three other family members. There was even a crib for our one year old. We were so impressed with how clean everything was! The fireplace was so cozy and the hot tub was so relaxing after a day of skiing. The TV in the master bedroom was perfectly placed and such a nice size. The check-in process was easy and the communication was quick and helpful. Hospitality was felt and our family enjoyed the treats left on the bar! We would definitely choose to stay in this cozy cabin again!

Fantastic location close to Boone, but not in all the congestion. The property was clean and well kept. The updates were really nice! The view of the pasture across the street was gorgeous, especially in the early morning sitting on the large porch with some coffee! We even saw some cows hanging out one of the days we were there! The property owner was attentive and even arranged so we could pick up a forgotten item. Thank you again for having such a wonderful place for us!

What a great little spot in Boone! We had more than enough beds for our party of 7. The hot tub was just a few steps from back door and very relaxing after a long day. Kitchen was well stocked (crock pot, pressure cooker, blender keurig and traditional coffee pot- with folders standing by). Plenty of spices and “basics” in cupboard. Host left a nice welcome basket, which was well received by all. Gas fireplace was lovely and ready to go when we walked in. 7 minutes to grocery store, in a quiet neighborhood.
