"Great Value accommodation. Expected basic for the price I paid but it exceeded all my expectations. Clean hygienic room and facilities. Pleasant helpful staff. My booking didn't include breakfast but breakfast is available at the adjacent pub / restaurant on the same site. The Welsh breakfast was superb and very generous portions. "

"Check in was great. Allowed to the room early. Check out day was not so good. Check out is 12. We were showering and the cleaner knocked and walked in at 10.30 then a maintenance man knocked at 11 wanting to come in. The bar staff were not helpful and no room tab was allowed. Not a smile in sight. Lovely spa area and maintained well. Plenty of towels provided. But only 4 very old saggy loungers. People had to sit on the floor. Room for more or at least some chairs."
