No breakfast, even though I was told there would be. Room was not serviced during the day. No tea or coffee making facilities. Couldn't work the hot water on the first morning. No life in the hotel.

Trotz Reservierung einer Junior Suite bekamen wir ein Standard Zimmer, ohne hierauf beim Checkin hingewiesen zu werden. Am nächsten Tag haben wir das reklamiert. Der Wechsel wurde damit begründet, dass das Zimmer für einen anderen Gast benötigt worden sei. Hinzu kommt der Zustand, alle Teppiche bis aufs Netz abgelaufen, das Zimmer schmutzig. Das ganze Schloss macht einen schäbigen Eindruck, nie mehr.

Kein persönlicher Ansprechpartner vorort, Restaurant geschlossen, Lampe im Badezimmer kaputt, Zimmer hat muffig gerochen. Aber es war sauber, gut zu erreichen und ein schönes Schloss, mit schönem Innenhof.

Sehr nett/stilvoll eingerichtetes Zimmer von guter Größe; Bad gut ausgestattet und funktionsfähig. Aufgrund der Lage (Autobahnnähe) etwas laut, aber toller Blick auf Bonn. Polizeipräsidium, DLR und Rhein in der Nähe, Innenstadt weiter weg, aber S-Bahn und Bus in der Nähe, Autoparkplatz vorhanden.

Tolles Ambiente in lauter Umgebung

Klasse Ambiente. Zimmerverdunkelung nur eingeschränkt möglich. Jetzt kein Problem, im Sommer schon. Netter Empfang. Verkehrslärm - offene Fenster im Sommer auch schwierig.

Unterkunft in gut erreichbarer Lage

Netter Empfang, etwas frühere Anreise, etwas spätere Abreise kein Problem. Lage auch mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln sehr gut erreichbar, tolles Anwesen, allerdings direkt neben der Autobahn. Dusche wechselt abrupt und ganz schnell von der eingestellten Temperatur auf unerträglich heiß - Zustand nicht akzeptabel

Hotel sieht von Außen super aus. Drinnen ist es aber einfach in die Jahre gekommen. Also eben mehr Schein als Sein. Für 1-2 Nächte OK. Länger Würfe ich eher nicht bleiben wollen.
