"Le personnel nous a accueilli avec chaleur et compétence... d'une manière générale sur trois jours. Par contre, l'arrivée a été un peu plus difficile. Un énorme contraste avec les jours précédents notre arrivée puisque nous ne parvenions pas à communiquer directement avec l'hôtel. Cette manie d'utiliser l'anglais d'abord dans la communication écrite est choquante. Même dans le présent questionnaire, on nous suggère des thèmes à aborder... en anglais seulement ! Vous devez réaliser que votre établissement se trouve au Québec... et non aux États-Unis. Votre hôtel dégage un certain charme suranné mais devrait offrir des services essentiels tel que le petit déjeuner et un service de téléphonie ,avec un standard à la réception et des appareils dans les chambres. L'arrivée est difficile parce que personne ne vient vers les clients pour les aider à transporter leurs bagages. Nous avons dû nous transformer en chasseurs d'hôtel et en bagagistes.. Il y avait deux jeunes employés qui s'amusaient entre eux à la réception alors que nous tentions de placer nos bagages sur un chariot... devant ces employés totalement indifférents. Je vous signale que nous avons respectivement 79 et 81 ans... Conséquemment, un peu d'assistance professionnelle nous aurait plu ! Heureusement que la gentillesse du personnel de la réception sur l'ensemble du séjour a compensé le manque de savoir-vivre et de savoir-faire des employés présents au moment de notre arrivée. "This property is beautiful, open-concept, and very spacious. It was exceptionally clean and had all the necessities a family could need for cooking, comfort, and a luxurious stay. We were two families, and the unit was very comfortable and spacious enough for all 10 of us.The property was very well equipped, with extra pillows and blankets, plenty of glasses, plates, forks, knives, and everything else we needed throughout our stay. Everything was clean, organized, and thoughtfully provided.Overall, we had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed the property. We would definitely recommend it, especially for larger families or groups!"

"This was such a great experience coming to the Oystrya, Our host Jean Joseph was quick to respond to our inquiries. This condo is a little marvel, fully equipped with so much amenities in the kitchen, lots of different appliances including 2 espresso machines, nothing was missing for our 4 nights stay. We travelled a lot and this is the best condo we ever rented amongst so many. As you enter the unit, the scent was very pleasant. The beds are comfortable, nice linen and very new and modern furniture. We will definitely come back to spend another weekend and we will also let our friends know about this place. Forgot to mention that the area is quite relaxing and quiet, close to many Mont-Tremblant attractions. Thank you Jean Joseph for your warm welcome!"

"We absolutely loved thisPlace very peaceful very clean very comfortable bed and well stocked supplies. The only suggestion would be taller toilet slow close lid, grab bar in shower and carpet can use a clean very minor changes otherwise OUTSTANDING!!! Barb&Brian H"
