Kleine Idylle

Die Unterkunft war mehr als den Erwartungen entsprechend. Trotz kleinem Haus war alles da, was man braucht. Von dem Garten aus hat man einen sehr schönen Blick auf den See. Es gibt ein Stück Privatstrand mit Liegestühlen am See. Wir möchten wieder kommen!

Wundervolle Anlage

Diese Agricultura liegt oberhalb des Bolsener Sees und bietet einen wunderschönen Ausblick darauf. Sie ist mit ihren Gebäuden und Gartenanlagen einmalig. Der Pool ist ein Traum. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Nettes häuschen in toller Lage

Der Kontakt mit der netten Besitzerin war über WhatsApp immer möglich und sehr unkompliziert. Die Lage des mit allem notwenig ausgestatteten und sauberen Häuschens ist perfekt für Streifzüge und Besichtigungen im Umkreis des Bolsenasees. Es sollte aber in der Beschreibung noch erwähnt werden, das im Pool Badekappenpflicht herrscht. für uns war das heutzutage eher befremdlich und haben den Pool daher auch nicht genutzt. Die auf den Fotos gezeigten Liegen waren auch nicht vorhanden, wir konnten uns aber Liegen holen, die aber leider total verdreckt waren und erst von uns gereinigt werden mussten. Dies sind aber die einzigen kleinen Mängel und wir würden auch das Häuschen wieder buchen.

Natur pur!

Das kleine "Casaletto" hat alles, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Gerade außerhalb der Hauptreisezeit kann man die Ruhe und Natur um den Lago Bolsena herum ungestört genießen. Die Hotbird-Sat-anlage bietet leider nur einen Sender in deutscher Sprache (ARTE muss jeweils auf deutsche Sprachwiedergabe umgeschaltet werden) und das W-Lan funktioniert nur eingeschränkt und außerhalb der Unterkunft. Aber, wer das nicht braucht, wird hier glücklich werden!

Wunderschöner Urlaub

Wir haben eine Rundreise durch die Toscana gemacht und einen Stop für drei Nächte hier gebucht. Es war so entspannt und ruhig und alles wunderschön hergerichtet. Wir hoffen bald wieder dort sein zu können.

Leider war unser Objekt für 2 Tage überbucht,wir haben aber eine nette Ersatzwohnung für diese Zeit bekommen.Der Duschvorhang hat auch schon bessere Zeiten erlebt,ansonsten war alles super sauber.Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. immer wieder gerne.

Absolut schöne Anlage und nettes kleines Häuschen unter Bäumen

Die wunderschön gelegene Agrikultura ist landschaftlich einmalig. Die Anlage selbst supergepflegt und der pool 1 A. Die Möglichkeit das Grundstück am See zu n.ützen ist toll

Kleines nettes Haus. Funktionale Aussatattung. Das WLAN ist nur an einer Stelle im Freien erreichbar. Beim Sat–TV gibt es nur das ZDF und dies auf Programmplatz 1800. Der Fernseher ist zu klein und nicht vom Bett aus einsehbar. Reisetipps: Ein MUSS für alle die noch nicht in Rom waren ist der Besuch in Rom (Anreise circa 1,5 Stunden). ACHTUNG: Fahrzeuge mit deutschem Kennzeichen sind in der Hauptstadt Opfer; am Besten mit dem Zug von außerhalb anreisen.Wer Lucca und Sienna gesehen und hat und liebt muss auch Arezzo (Anreise circa 1 Stunden) anschauen. Etwas kleiner als Sienna und deutlich weniger Rummel als in Lucca und Sienna.Die sterbende Stadt Civita sollte man auch gesehen haben.Wer Florenz (Anreise circa 2 Stunden) noch nicht gesehen hat sollte dies eventuell auch mitnehmen.

Nettes, kleines Haus für einen ruhigen Urlaub abseits des Massentourismus. Funktionelle Ausstattung. Schöne Lage und perfekter Pool mit Blick auf den See. Direkt am Pilgerweg Via Francigena (ideal zum Wandern und Biken). Reisetipps: Mit dem Zug nach Rom (ab Orvieto). Top–Restaurant Il Pinzale zu Fuss erreichbar. Sehenswerte Ortschaft "Civita" bei Bagnoregio.

Empfehlenswert, wenn man es gern eng hat. Wir waren mit unserem großen Hund dort, was nicht ideal war.

Einfach perfekt

Ein wunderschönes Fleck´chen Erde. Gepflegte Außenanlagen und wer Ruhe sucht kann sie hier finden. Schöner großer Pool, mit Schatten-bereich wo wir überwiegend allein waren.Hatten das kleine Häuschen gemietet.“Casaletto Costantino” 23m² für 2 Personen -klein aber völlig ausreichend. Leider hatten die Vormieter die Reinigung nicht ordentlich gemacht aber das war schnell erledigt. Für deutsche Touris die auf Maschinenkaffee Wert legen sollten sich eine Kaffeemaschine mit nehmen. Preis- Leistung sind okay. Sprache Englisch und Italienisch Im kleinen Örtchen Bolsena kann man in vielen kleinen Restaurants sehr gut die Italienische Küche genießen. Es gibt viel zu entecken.
