"The proprietor Rose was clueless about VRBO and stated the room we reserved was already occupied. Her spouse Gino was away for the night - and she didn’t know what to do. I suggested we needed a room for the night, if she would be kind enough to direct us somewhere. We found a 3star hotel 2 blocks away luckily. "The resort itself is impressive and golf courses are stunning. The pool area by the beach has great facilities and restaurants. The food at main reception restaurant is exceptional unfortunately the process of ordering is slow. As for the apartments, if I’d have understood the complex I would have booked a two bedroomed property or apartment. As it happened we had two separate apartments opposite each other. They were wasteful in space for two people I thought, but the main downfall was the condition, it was dated, the back sliding doors were held together with, what I can only describe as a, child kitchen cupboard safety clip. Which kept falling off. Meaning security was practically nil and void. The bathroom was so dated, grout, silicone, basins all facilities were in bad shape. The whole apartment needed a revamp. When you see the wealth of the surrounding private properties, they’re a bit of a let down, especially knowing we paid a a decent amount of money, they’re unfortunately not worth the price. I would return but not to these rooms."

"Overall, this is a good hotel with excellent facilities, especially the water park, which is the highlight of the resort. There are a few areas that could be improved. The breakfast is very repetitive, with almost the same selection every day. Reception staff are polite, but there are not enough of them during busy periods, resulting in long waits. Housekeeping could also be more thorough, as the beds are not always cleaned or made to a good standard. Unfortunately, a power bank was reported missing from one of our rooms during the stay, which was disappointing. The staff could also be more friendly and welcoming. Overall, the hotel offers a pleasant stay, but improvements in these areas would make the experience even better."

"It’s a nice spacious property especially if you book residence with many pools and restaurants. Staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. Only few things that we found can make stay even better but not something that will be deal breaker. If you like late night snacks or room services there are no facility after 10:30 at the hotel premises but you can order food from Uber eats. As it’s a big place it can do with having a grocery store or convenience store on premises. Secondly no private beach, there is a buggy to beach but no beach loungers are provided by the hotel, so if you use the ones at the beach, you have to pay for them (which we only found out once we got there). It would have been nice to know before hand. Overall we had nice stay. Thank you team"
