"It was good, but not great. I HAD RESERVED a room that was suppose to have 2 beds and a sofa bed as there are 4 of us, one a teenage boy.. but when I got there, I realized it wasnt the suite I had reserved and didnt have a sofa bed.. i have pictures.. I had to rent a second room to accommodate my teenage son for the night. Communication and checking for the correct room would have been great. But this was NOT the case.. I ask for a refund, but was told it was a no refund policy.. "
