"We had a great time at Rixos Bodrum with our 3 year old son. Best bits: The beach was perfect for us. Beautiful water, calm, sandy, backing on to natural olive and palm trees. The rooms were large and comfortable and had everything needed. The place generally had quite a premium feel. Service was good, staff go out of their way to help you. Holiday assistant is a good concept and Yelda and Berkan were always there to help us with any requests. Everything else was really good too, except for a few points that could have been better… We were attracted to the hotel’s natural setting and were disappointed by the road noise you could hear from the balcony on the room. They did try their best to move us to another room further from the road but none were suitable as either had no view or were in very busy part of the hotel next to the lobby. Ultimately we put up with the road noise. Most of the a la carte restaurants were expensive addons. We knew this so can’t complain but do think it is something they should address by offering lower rates or perhaps a limited number of visits with no charge. "

"We stayed at samara from 15-19 june.first of all i would like to to thank everybody from reception to all staff.we have been to a few different 5 star resorts this summer,i have to say that hotel samara was the best,very clean excellent food,drinks,staff were friendly and very helpful this resort is beyond 5 stars,all positives and no negatives.would highly recommend this resort to all,and we will definitely be back.thank you samara.10/10."

"An Unforgettable Stay at Isolina Hotel, Bodrum! Just returned from one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had, and I couldn't recommend isolina Hotel in Bodrum enough! From start to finish, everything was spot-on - and a huge shoutout to Farhad (the manager) who truly went above and beyond for us. Farhad made our trip incredibly special - he personally upgraded our room for pennies to sea view, was always on hand whenever we needed anything, and helped us save so much money by sourcing us on the best (and most affordable) taxis and activities. His genuine care and hospitality made us feel like VIP guests every single day. The rest of the staff were also super friendly and helpful, adding to the warm and welcoming vibe of the hotel. The service here is top-tier - attentive without being intrusive. The hotel itself is stunning, with sick views that you won't stop talking about. Super clean environment, stylish and modern rooms, and the food? Delicious! Whether it was breakfast or dinner, everything tasted fresh and well-prepared. Location-wise, Isolina is perfectly situated - just a short trip from Bodrum city centre and not far from the airport either. Super convenient for exploring but peaceful enough to truly relax. Honestly, this place is 100% worth the money. Between the incredible views, the amazing service, and the comfort of the hotel itself, you're getting serious value here. "I loved staying here! We booked the deluxe sea view room and it was incredible. We had a top floor room, a massive balcony, a bathroom with every piece of toiletry you’ll need, a snack bar that was replenished daily and a nice lounge area. The beach was incredible, perfect for families and couples. There’s 2 private areas on the beach that are age 16+. You can order drinks to your sun beds although you’ll need to go to a restaurant to get food. The pool was massive and the water slide was so fun. So many bars and eateries on site, there’s not enough time to try them all. The food was super delicious, cocktails were excellent. The only downside was that service isn’t great at the Al a crate restaurants, we found it to be a bit slow and waiters would always forget what we asked for/ordered or would get it wrong. Although there were some super lovely people working there. Guest assistants Aybuke, Melda and Unver were a delight and so prompt when dealing with our requests. Emre at the patisserie was very sweet to us. Highly recommend staying here! "

"Very nice hotel with incredible views. Friendly polite staff always ready to help. Was initially put off by bad reviews, but opted for this one anyway and did not regret. "

"We were really disappointed with this property, firstly there are no instructions how to get to the villa and it isn’t easy to find. When you get there the only way to the villa is up and down 87 uneven stairs, this is not advertised. The villa is in need of a lot of maintenance, the electrics are dangerous with cables hanging out of the switchboard, the showers are rusty and broken Hot tub was filthy and after we cleaned it found out it didn’t work. The hot water tank exploded whist we were there and caused a flood. The kitchen is woefully under equipped, not enough crockery, glasses or cutlery. The sandwich toaster caught fire. Various other bits weren’t great handles falling off, curtains not big enough for windows and smoke alarms removed as batteries had died. Royal Heights resort is very disappointing I’m sure when it was built it was very nice but has fallen into disrepair, some roads are collapsing, pools were closed, restaurant closed and the private beach is just depressing. On the positive the view is amazing and pool was lovely. If you angle the camera right you can get some good instagram photos. Have tried to address issues with the company but they are not interested. "
