First Floor:
Bedroom 1: Double (4ft 6in) Bed
Bedroom 2: 2 x Single (3ft) Beds. Electric central heating (underfloor in bathroom), electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Shared games room with table tennis. Lawned garden with sitting-out area and garden furniture. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. . These two semi-detached, pet friendly holiday cottages are situated in the grounds of a Georgian vicarage, which is occupied by the owners. Enjoying a peaceful setting in the village of St Kew, with its 15th-century church and the renowned St Kew Inn, which is only 150 yards away, Trescobel Cottages are perfect for a relaxing break away. Within a few miles are a selection of wonderful beaches including Polzeath and the sailing resort of Rock aswell as St Enodoc Golf Club. The South West Coastal Path and Camel Trail are excellent for walking and cycling. For shops and restaurants, Port Isaac, Padstow and Boscastle lie close at hand. Wadebridge is a short drive away and offers a sports centre and indoor swimming pool. Also within easy distance is the world famous Eden Project and Bodmin Moor, providing unspoilt moorland at its best. Beach 3 miles. Shop 1 mile, pub and restaurant 150 yards.

The cottage is absolutely lovely and was perfect for the two of us for our week away. It has pretty much everything you need and is set in a really quiet location. The pub nearby does delicious meals, but you do need to book a table early. We loved being with walking distance from Port Issac, as well as being able to explore other places in the car. There were a couple of niggles, - only a microwave and hob. This wasn’t a huge problem as we were still able to cook perfectly fine food on the hob (casserole, risotto etc). - lack of storage in the main bedroom. The chest of drawers was fine and as it was just us, we also used the wardrobe in the other room - hot water in the kitchen takes a while to get hot. A bit of patience and it was fine, but nothing that can probably be changed - slightly uncomfortable seating in the lounge area. It’s ok, but not the best. However, these were only slight issues and we would definitely stay there again.
