It was clean and fully stocked with everything we needed to make meals, get cozy in one of two living rooms and use the hot tub. The host was so responsive and kindly went to the house early to turn on heaters, which was great because it was a chilly weekend. We had a great time! "

"We came as a family with couples and kids to celebrate my mom’s 70th and it was the perfect place. The views of the river and ocean were spectacular. We loved the hot tub and seating areas on the deck. Also loved walking down to Cafe Aquatica for snacks and drinks and wine tasting. The house was clean and spacious. Perfect for a family gathering, but also enough separate spaces for those who need a little social downtime. "
