This hotel was a beautiful location. We had an ocean view, which was spectacular! I think the only downfall, was the AC. It was severely hot when we were there, and the AC seemed to be working overtime. There is no central air. My advice, is to have them start the AC prior to you checking in. The pool was also under maintenance for a day when we were there, but they accommodated by letting you take a shuttle to their sister hotel, which has a fantastic pool!

I like the location of this place and the area around it, close to shopping area and restaurants but I didn’t like the beach, it has no beach at all, you have to walk a little to get to a small beach however you are not allowed to swim. It looks a little outdated from the pool area.

El personal es lo mejor, su amabilidad y nivel de servicio son excelentes. Especial mención para el personal del restaurante, que también funciona como bar (el antiguo bar está en remodelación) y que eficientemente dirige el Capitán Juan de Dios. Referente a la limpieza en las habitaciones, la camarista Raquel del tercer piso, también merece reconocimiento por la excelente atención a sus labores.
