"The worst bed I’ve ever experienced, it was like the top of the mattress had been stripped off and you’re left laying directly on the firm springs digging into you all night. Just when I thought the stay couldn’t been less enjoyable, the shower in the morning was a constantly fluctuating hot, cold, hot, cold… Then during checkout time there’s not a single staff member in sight and just a key drop box, like they’re purposely hiding to not have to deal with the complaints in person. "
