""This was my first time visiting Pigeon Forge, TN, and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The front desk staff was welcoming and attentive during both check-in and check-out. The room was spotless, living up to the positive reviews I had read. I especially loved the wood flooring; it’s much nicer than carpet and adds to the room's aesthetic. The location is perfect for local travel, parking was easy, and it was great being able to visit The Island without any parking headaches. Highly recommend!" "

"We had a very easy check-in. There were no additional charges outside of what I was already told. There was no additional security hold or anything. We did go to the other building to lodge, which is not inside the same building as the waterpark so next time we would probably want to stay in the exact building as the indoor pool if we went again my kids were actually ready to go after one day so we didn’t need multiple days compared to great Wolf Lodge. It was on a smaller scale for my children, but very fun park and great hotel."
