Studio King Suite with Kitchen | 301

Enjoy a comfortable stay in this third-floor suite, ideal for couples, families, or longer visits. It features one king-size bed and a queen pull-out sofa for up to four guests.

The full kitchen includes an oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, tea kettle, cookware, dishes, and utensils, plus dish soap and dishwasher detergent. Fresh linens and towels are provided, along with a shower dispenser stocked with Paya shampoo, conditioner, and body soap. Enjoy extras like under-sink water filtration and a starter bag of locally roasted PennyCup coffee.

Relax with cable TV and high-speed WiFi. Entry is easy and secure with a personal door code emailed 24 hours before arrival along with check-in instructions. Cribs and high chairs are available at no extra charge upon request (please contact the property manager).

Guests have access to a coin-operated laundry room on-site.

Note: This unit is not pet-friendly, on the third floor with stair access only, and located under rooftop HVAC equipment, which may cause noise—it's not ideal for very light sleepers.

Awesome place!

We booked a place at River Row Flats for two nights and loved the location! We had a few specific activities planned, but enjoyed the walking trails by the river the most of all! It was very clean and had all the amenities that we needed. We plan to return!

This apartment was clean, modern, spacious and had everything you could need for a comfortable stay. The location was ideal! It was 6 min by car to almost everywhere we wanted to visit in Asheville. The New Belgium Brewery nearby was a favorite hangout!

Great Location to experience Ashville

Both units we rented were very clean and spacious. They are in a great location, across from the Brewery and close to the River Arts District (which is a must do for art lovers). Quick Uber ride to downtown! Would stay here again.

Anniversary in Asheville

My wife and I enjoyed our 25th anniversary in Asheville recently! The Tourists game, the Food, the Beer, and the Views were perfect! This comfortable, modern apartment was exactly the right space. Convenient, safe, clean, roomy, and all the necessary amenities! Highly recommend!

The property is kind of in industrial neighborhood. Fairly busy street out front but didn’t hear much. Brewery within walking distance. Very clean ! And I loved the chocolate! Thank you!

Clean and convenient

This property was very clean. This is very important as I do not like dirty hotels or VRBOs. Easy access, super great location to Biltmore and downtown Asheville. Great little glass blowing shop up the street and walking path near by. Only complaint was you can hear people walking above you but it was very quiet at night, Owner was very nice. Great deal.

Stayed for a weekend and had a great time. The location is awesome, the king bed was really comfortable, and you could tell the unit was new. The only thing preventing the 5 star review was the neighbors. The unit above us had some very noisey kids and they were constantly screaming and running around. I asked the manager is she could ask them to quiet down and that seemed to help for about an hour. Overall great spot

Perfect stay for our 1st visit to Asheville

This location was perfect for our 1st ever visit to Asheville! The property was the perfect size for the 2 of us, and was way better than any of the hotel options available. It was modern and very clean, had ample on-site parking, and contained everything we needed to support our weekend getaway. When we noticed the iron was missing from our room upon our arrival, I texted the host who responded immediately, and was so kind to drop one off for us the very next morning. The location was in walking distance, or a short drive to pretty much everywhere we wanted to go (and we ventured to a lot of places!)... and the highway was easily accessible for our longer journeys outside the city. I would definitely recommend this spot, and would stay here again!

Nice, great location in RAD area

These are great studios near the RAD district and close to great places to eat and drink. Great comms from the owner. Our studio was clean, spacious, and well appointed with some extra surprises we appreciated. The bathroom was big with actual counter and storage space and great water pressure! The mattress was very comfortable too. Just note that the walls/floors are thin (our upstairs neighbors woke us up every morning just with walking around despite 2 sound machines going on in our room) and all the drawers/doors slam loudly despite your best efforts.

Great Stay Near Art District

I was concerned that Harmony Creek Row was too far from downtown, but I was wrong. We did drive to the shopping downtown. However, my wonderful experience was just a few walking blocks away where I met and visited with very talented and interesting artists. I will recommend this VRBO to my friends planning a trip to Asheville, NC. Nancy is an excellent host and the room is clean, large and has a pretty view. There is a nice size kitchen and a large bathroom. It has a coffee pot, toaster, full size fridge and dishwasher. We were also surprised with local coffee & chocolate waiting for us. Great Stay!
