This cozy hideaway comfortably sleeps 4 and features a separate entrance, private covered porch, and a kitchenette. Perfectly located, you're just a 10-minute walk from Haywood Road's famous breweries and brunch spots, and a short drive to downtown and the Biltmore Estate. Ideal for couples, small families, and pet lovers looking for a quiet retreat with easy access to everything Asheville has to offer.
    Wooded lot for birding. This clean and comfortable ground-floor suite offers a separate entrance, ensuring complete privacy from the main home above.

Loved their cute place! Perfect for myself and my two dogs. Very quick to respond when I asked for something and they ran it down to me. Quiet with a beautiful back yard view. Would definitely stay again.

We had a great time here for an extended weekend. The place is fantastic, equipped with everything we needed, and even nicer in person vs pictures! The hosts had great communication throughout the entire process, and we had zero trouble over our 5 day/4 night stay. Location is fantastic and plenty of stuff if walkable (Sunny Point, The Whale, Haywood Common, etc). Unfortunately it was about 25 during our stay, so we took the two minute drive. We’ll definitely be back after an amazing experience!

Perfect place for our weekend getaway with our fur babies! Tucked away in a quiet neighborhood; plenty of privacy. The space was clean and spacious. Fantastic location to all things Asheville but specifically the cool West Asheville area. Would love to stay again during our next trip!

It's a simple, quiet suite with a lovely, covered deck and beautiful view of the woods. Great for bird watching while drinking your morning coffee. Not particularly close to downtown, but perfect for us while visiting relatives in the neighborhood within walking distance.

Perfect stay in Asheville

Katlin is a terrific host. Rental was very clean and comfortable, perfect location for us and close to downtown. Wife and I really enjoyed our stay and we were able to bring our two schnauzers which had a backyard for them to do their business. When we return to Asheville, we hope to be staying at Katlin’s and Jesse‘s home again.

Super cute spot right by downtown

By far one of the cutest vrbo’s that I’ve ever stayed in! The location is super convenient and I loved being able to walk my dog to the nearest coffee shop. The owner was very nice and communicative. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay!

Cozy and convenient

What a beautiful space and in a great area! Amazing I could stay here with my golden retriever and be at ease during my stay. Came into town for the Half Marathon and was close enough to drive or Lyft to all things during the weekend.

The place was cute, as listed & clean. You should be aware you are downstairs so you hear the host & their dogs but they were good about being very quite after 9 pm. There are steep stairs to the door outside as well. Other than that everything was great. Comfortable bed, lots of hot water, 2 tvs & nicely appointed.

Ashville efficiency

This is a cute, clean space in a basement to stay. Loved how it was close to everything. The only complaint (if you want to call it that) is the parking on the street. I did not like that. Im not sure it is stated in the advertising of this cute place, but i think it is beneficial to know. Also, directions for the Nepresso machine would have been nice and where to get the pods. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Katlin was very quick to respond to any questions I had.
