Blue Mountain Resort Mosaic Suites

"Pool was nice with shade and chairs, however we just got in before others were turned away due to capacity limits. Room was nice and space for four to sleep comfortably Unfortunately our child had food poisoning so we called housekeeping for some fresh sheets, towels and to clean the toilet and sink. Towels and sheets came up quickly but the bathroom was never cleaned."

"The rooms were very clean. The lobby and stairwells were a bit "tired". The outdoor pool was a bit cloudy. The staff were excellent; professional; friendly. Lots of parking."

"Staff were amazing and truly helpful. Facility is a bit out dated.. all 4 hot tubs were okay but needs to be maintained and the button to run the jets needs to be fixed. Our room window door had a note that it was broken.. room itself was good. Jozo bar was a bit pricey but boy the food was delicious and the guy that was there that served us was so lovely. The proximity to the village was great, and the shuttle to go to the beach was a great perk."
