"The resort was nice bfast was really good the only thing is for dinner was a 10 month n walk in the humid heat then another 10 back get to the room n shower again the pools were nice but water was in bet ween warm and hot food is ok at dinner pizza was good rooms r nice"

"This hotel/ resort was amazing! Great staff, nice room, amenities etc. We caught a large Tuna on our last day there and they even prepared it for us at the on site Michelin star restaurant and had our dinner at the rooftop lounge at sunset! I don’t know if we can beat that! It was an Amazing trip!"

"The home was wonderful and had everything as advertised. It was comfortable and spacious and we loved having a pool! The views were lovely. Our private chef had plenty of space and supplies for serving a group of 8. For us personally, on our next trip, we will need to stay closer to the beach. That walk to/from beach was pretty rough after a long day. It wasn’t easy for anyone, especially hard and hot for a five year old. Renting a golf cart is expensive but will do that next time if we can’t be on beach. Thanks for opening your home to us!"

"We met with Deny at check-in, which was smooth/easy, however, the house was extremely stuffy/hot which was uncomfortable at first. There are air conditioning units in all rooms, but it took almost a full day to get it to a comfortable temperature. The bathrooms do not have any ventilation so it felt like saunas in there. As for cleanliness, there was a huge dead cockroach in the hallway downstairs and a lot of ants in every single bathroom. The ants would be all over our things in the bathroom. In addition, there was a lizard in the master bathroom that we had to try and catch and take out ourselves. There are no screens on the bathroom windows which could be why a lizard entered (we didn’t have any windows open so likely there before check-in) and it was difficult to air out the heat in bathrooms as we didn’t want anything else coming in. The kitchen utensils and cookware needed to be cleaned a little more and the pool was quite dirty, but was cleaned on the second day of our stay. Aside from that, Casa Regina is as listed- a 4 bedroom 4 bathroom home, spacious and filled with many house supplies and amenities to use. The pool was fun to use- the water was very warm, likely due to the weather. It’s in a safe neighborhood with security at the front gate. Quick walk to beach, however, a hilly walk."

Before we even arrived, the property managers sent a personalized welcome letter that immediately made us feel like valued guests and built excitement for our stay.Nestled in a quiet, access-controlled community, the home offers complete privacy and peace of mind. We felt completely safe throughout our stay, both at the property and while exploring Cabo San Lucas and San José del Cabo.Upon arrival, Shirley, the incredible concierge, welcomed us with homemade margaritas and fresh guacamole before giving us a personal tour. The magnificent handcrafted chandelier in the grand entryway immediately captures your attention and sets the tone for this spectacular home. Every room is beautifully appointed, and the panoramic views of both the Pacific Ocean and the Gulf of California are simply breathtaking.The pool, hot tub, and rooftop terrace with its stunning fire pit made every sunset unforgettable. Shirley also arranged an amazing poolside massage overlooking the ocean, an outstanding private chef dinner, and a sunset sail to the Arch.
