It was a little inconvenient that the front desk had limited operation hours and that there were limited dining options in the neighborhood (no food delivery available via Uber Eats either), but still the friendly service overtakes these little inconveniences. "Stayed for 3 nights for a business trip, was okay, the breakfast options were satisfactory. They are pretty eco-friendly which is a plus. It was pretty clean and the shower was nice. Clearly well kept hotel, if another business trip to ratingen happens, I would stay again, but maybe take a bigger room next time."
