Ich habe zwei Nächte in der Unterkunft übernachtet. Es hat alles gepasst. Die Trambahn hält direkt vor dem Hotel und man ist in ca. 30 Minuten in Düsseldorf Zentrum. Es gibt sehr gute Cafés und Restaurants, die alle zu Fuß zu erreichen sind. Zu empfehlen als preiswerte Alternative für Hotels in Düsseldorf.

Perfectly fine

My stay in Ratingen was perfectly fine. I have no complaints. The taxi to the airport is expensive and there's a €5 additional drop off charge so that should be taken into account, when "saving" money on accommodation near the airport.

Top Lage - Bequeme Betten - Freundliches Personal

Uns hat es richtig gut gefallen.Jederzeit wieder. Freundlicher, kompetenter Empfang, sehr bemüht. Probleme wurden direkt bearbeitet. Betten echt bequem, Matratzen nicht durchgelegen.Bad insgesamt etwas eng. Uns persönlich fehlt ein Kühlschrank in dem Zimmer. Klimaanlage eher schwach. Abends eher lauter unter den Zimmern wegen Anwohnern, da kann das Hotel aber nichts für. Fliegennetze würden gegen Mücken und Co helfen. Eigentlich nicht ausschlaggebend: Das Fernsehbild in HD wenigstens bei ARD, ZDF und WDR müsste doch möglich sein? :-D Frühstück szeiten am Samstag und Sonntag nur bis 10 Uhr. Frühstücksbuffet zwar kleiner, aber lecker. Toller Automat für frischen O-Saft und Honigwabe, toll. Auch hier sehr freundliches Personal. Wir kommen wieder.

Einfaches aber schönes Hotel mit sauberem Zimmer und tollem Frühstück (frisch gepresster Orangensaft, vegane Optionen). Besonders positiv war das aufmerksame Personal. Zwei Minuten Fußweg zur U-Bahn und die Fahrt in die Düsseldorfer Altstadt dauert nicht mal 30min.

I missed a refrigerator in the room and if you come late in de evening to the hotel you can not park the car. Also there was not a watercooker and cofee or thee in the room. But all the other thing were good.

Construction

This hotel was outstanding: a very large room with a separate sitting area, a very large bathroom with a great shower, lovely people at the front desk, and an excellent breakfast buffet. The only reasons for giving it 4 rather than 5 stars was noise and privacy. I don’t know if every room had the same problems, but ours (36) was on street level. I was constantly aware that people walking by might be able to look in and by 5:30 am I could already hear people walking by and talking. Furthermore, the entire area is completely under construction and by 7 am the work began.

Das Hotel ist schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Die alten ausgefransten Handtücher hätte ich keinem Gast mehr angeboten. Das Frühstück ist OK, aber speziell bei den Brötchen ist noch viel Luft nach oben. Das Personal allerdings ist sehr freundlich und zugänglich. Eine Anfrage für eine Verlängerung unseres Aufenthaltes für eine weitere Nacht wurde ganz unkompliziert gelöst.

Prima hotel, schoon, netjes.

Eenvoudig, prima hotel, heel schoon en netjes, goed bed, nette prijs, goed ontbijt. Wel beetje kaal, het kan iets gezelliger gemaakt worden. Wij logeerden hier om naar het vliegveld te gaan. Voor dit doel een perfect hotel.
