Overall, the room was very comfortable, fresh, quiet (with the exception of early risers who let their doors slam shut behind them!). The breakfast area was welcoming and picked up, including the food service area. Thank you!
The exterior grounds needed attention (lawn maintenance), but quite clean. I loved the convenience of parking in front of the property (@$10). "
"For the rate we paid, I would have much rather stayed at a hotel. The house had a strong, unpleasant smell and felt dirty from the moment we walked in. Towels were dingy, the TVs barely worked, and the furniture felt more like dorm room pieces—not suitable for a comfortable adult stay. We didn’t even use the blankets because we were genuinely concerned about what might be under them.Several windows were left unlocked, which made us uneasy, especially given the sketchy area. There were homeless individuals frequently walking down the street, and the home is right by a homeless park.The one upside was the location near McGee Beach and being able to use scooters to get to and from the beach soccer tournament. But overall, this stay was disappointing, and I would not recommend it."
"This was a beautiful home! I absolutely loved the rooms. The kitchen was very spacious and included a gorgeous gas stove. The pullout couch was a little uncomfortable but my 13years was slept fine on it. The beach was just a street away and included a playground with both a basketball and volleyball court "
