For an older motel, it is directly a 1 minute walk to the beach, 5 feet from an excellent Restaurant/Coctail lounge, 1 minute walk to several other nice restaurants/coctail lounges and the US 181 Freeway is in it's front yard. Such a good value and the friendliest management. I always stay there when I travel to North Beach, Corpus Christi, Texas.

Room looked like it had been cleaned in 5 minutes. Bedsheets smelled like urine and they didn’t have any sheets to spare; gave us towels instead, which were dirty. Woman at the seemed annoyed at the request of new sheets. AC was cold but smelled like mold.

Great property for location literally less than 3 minutes walking to the beach ⛱️ the hotel right in front of us an around the area would have been 2 - 3 times the amount for one night for what we paid for 3 nights very satisfied
