In the season there are good conditions for picking mushrooms and berries. It is also not far from the house to the popular swimming spot in AlsterÄn. From BlomsetermÄla you can take the train to the centre of Kalmar and to Astrid Lindgren's World in Vimmerby. There is a shop, restaurant and other services close to BlomstermÄla.
