"All was great except for the room. The Staff were really lovely and dinner and breakfast were great. The car parking was fine and convenient to the rear entrance. The room was Room 12, right at the top, on the 3rd or 4th Floor. It was not the room we saw when booking on line at Hotels.com as that room had 3 beds in it. The single beds were very small, there was no chair and only 2 hangers, no wardrobe. The main thing however was the smell !!! We eventually found out it was coming from the drain in the shower, so even with the velux window in the bedroom open it was overpowering."

He did not respond to messages and an email and failed to pick up the phone. Finally, VRBO had to refund my money on the day and I had to find alternative accommodation."
