Hi John. I am sorry that you didn't enjoy your stay with us. When talking to you both days I thought that you and your mother had enjoyed your stay even though I did put you in a studio rather than a twin studio, which I did apologise for the error which was all mine, but I did put another bed in for you and you seemed quite happy with this. Firstly, I have just arrived back from a few days away to see your review, hence the delay in my reply. Thank you for letting me know that you found the unit to be clean and well equipped. I am concerned that you thought that you were in a smoking room as I can assure you that all our units are non-smoking inside, but to cater for everyone (like having some dog friendly units) we do allow smoking outside the units with an ashtray on the table. This should have been emptied and cleaned during our cleaning process, but was missed, and I apologise for that. I wish you had felt comfortable enough to talk to me about your concerns when we spoke as you were taking your dog for a walk after you had checked into your unit. If I was aware, I could have offered you another dog friendly unit, as I checked, and we did still have one available for that night. I hope you had a safe trip home.
