"Comfy hotel, tiny room. (Turn sideways to get between the foot of the bed and the TV level tiny.) I was traveling alone for business, but having two people in the room would have been very challenging. Good climate controls (it was unusually warm when I was there) and a very comfortable bed. Amenities were underwhelming - the lounge with self-service take away food and snacks was fine, but minimal. No regrets, but I'd choose differently next time."

Airport shuttle was efficient and comfortable but only runs every 40 minutes so some prior planning required. Front desk experience was mixed... some staff at check in were very helpful with information. We gained more information to listening to the receptionist next to us than the one dealing with us who seemed quite detached. Had to go down to reception to arrange for a wake up call because no one was answering the phone! Staff in the restaurants were outstanding."
