"What a special place to have stayed! The Pax Guest House is located atop Mount Saint Augustine in one of the nicest locations on Trinidad. Fantastic views from this well-preserved guesthouse that dates to 1925. Fantastic hosts manage this property. They are very helpful and reliable. The guesthouse provides a very delicious breakfast in the morning. Guests should be mindful however that bathroom facilities for some rooms (not all) are shared with other guests. "

If even there was a slight issue, he was there to provide answers and help within minutes after a call.Secondly, the property itself was absolutely gorgeous. An extremely clean and comfortable stay, as well as affordable and conveniently located as it was not far from local activities such as hiking trails, nightlife, and beaches, and most importantly for my trip, family. I've already been sharing the information for this stay to friends and family back in the US should they ever want to take a trip to Trinidad. "Its not the first time I've stayed there (the Palms, Trinidad) i call it my 2nd home. Staff are amazingly friend. Room service is on point & the cleanliness is faultless. I would highly recommend. I staff for weeks at a time. There's plenty of delicious eateries around (minutes walk)
Although i love staying at the hotel the only disappointment I had was the restaurant, which has been taken over by Tropical Hand. I was not impressed with this company. There are 2 separate companies & i hope this does nit bring the hotel down"
