"Had one of the worst experience in my life.Staff are terrible....front desk guys were worst and indifferent..i went with family and they have no consideration. So basically they were trying to scam us by giving us a smaller unit with one bedroom just because I didn't add the amount guest doesn't give the right to downgrade us to smaller unit. Is like making reservations for suv and given a compact car still getting charged for premium price?!doesnt make any sense "
