"Breakfast buffet was lovely, warm and well stocked with everything you'd expect for a full English. The staff member who welcomed and waiting for us was lovely and friendly. Bar staff were a little slow and kept disappearing to other parts of the hotel to get things. A couple came across as a little moody at times. "

"We were disappointed to have to pay extra for the pool and then be crammed into a tiny portion of it with other families and kids, as most of it was off limits for lane swimming and one single swimming lesson. Others felt the same Corridor on third floor smelt strongly of cigarettes and cannabis. Car park was full, hard to find a space. Breakfast was very good and bed was comfortable. "

"Great place - rooms are great, comfy bed, welcome green and blacks chocolate. Staff are lovely at check in and the breakfast staff are fantastic, work hard and fast - really impressed. Only thing I don't like is the 'write on paper' check in part - especially every time you come back, would be nice to be digitally stored but in the greater scheme of things its nothing."

"Breakfast menu was limited, parking was fine, we were given a room for disabled person though we werent when i spoke to staff about it he claimed it was dual use .The gym area is quite small so feels very tight with few persons and the pool area has no jaccuzzi our stay was for leisure not going to go back again except if work relàted."
