"Room was very clean and it was super quiet. Very convenient kitchenette and parking was easy. I was just there overnight, catching a flight out early and the hotel is very close to the airport which made things easy. It's also very close to a nice shopping area where I had a good dinner. Highly recommend."

"What a great VRBO for us visiting family in the Roseville and Sacramento area. The location is perfect. You can hop on the freeway and get anywhere in a matter of moments yet do not feel or hear any of the hustle and bustle. You are within walking distance of a good supermarket. And you’re five minutes away from a Costco, movie theater, and multiple restaurants.Anchor, the property manager, is the best property manager we’ve ever encountered. He fulfilled our every need and quickly.The swimming pool was a real plus. I was in it every day. The water was balanced perfectly and maintained professionally. Also in the backyard was comfortable seating and shade screening.All the beds were comfortable, and the linens and towels were plentiful and top-notch.All in all, a wonderful month’s stay. "We had a great stay with our research lab to support data collection in the Yolo/Sacramento Area. The house was nice and spacious."

"Our stay was disappointing as the pictures are deceiving. The living area and back yard are a good size but the guest bedrooms are small. The interior is dated and in need of repairs and new paint. Transitions between the different floor treatments are broken or missing creating a possible trip hazard. The kitchen was minimally stocked with pots and pans and there were exactly 6 place settings for dining purposes making cooking and eating difficult. The host did respond to concerns of ours but due to the short stay they were not able to be corrected. Neighborhood is quiet and in a good location."
