"Front desk personnel were top notch, didn't get here name but young lady that check me in was exceptional on Sunday 5/10/26. Location perfect for all of spots I needed to a see and attend. Did feel safe in the area and parking"

"Cleanliness of the floors is not good. Few towels and only one ice machine for three floors. The location of the hotel is great though. Close to a mall, restaurants and Red Rock! I suspect third party guest are placed in the least desirable rooms based on cleanliness and amenities not in the room. Not once did I see a housekeeper or housekeeping cart. The check in folks were friendly. "

"Iron was covered in black rubbery stuff. One elevator down on a busy weekend. I’ve stayed at multiple Hampton Inn and this one just wasn’t up to par the breakfast although busy didn’t seem like it was. Sausage was rubbery and eggs were very watery overall nothing to write home about."

"We loved the breakfast at the camper and also in the little store where we could just buy things on the go. The hotel was beautiful and clean, and the staff were very helpful."
