"We had a last minute change of plans and decided to stay in Westpunt over Willemstad for the last few nights of our vacation. We were pleased to find a this place available and the accommodations were wonderful and the price was right. Being able to use the adjoining beach club and their amenities added to our experience. The staff were friendly. Walking to snorkeling every morning was a true bonus! Would recommend staying at the Bed and Bike Westpunt."

"Everyone is super sweet and helpful , the most kind people on the island . They want you to enjoy yourself and give you recommendations. Beautiful hotel my favorite is the pool area so nice . The location is also perfect it’s next to almost everything you’d need as a tourist within walking distance . So many restaurants just across the bridge . I would definitely recommend and visit this hotel again"

"The hotel is ideally located, just a 7-minute walk from Brion City in downtown Curaçao. The staff were warm, friendly, and very helpful throughout our stay. Our only issue was that we were not adequately informed about the hotel’s technology for the Do Not Disturb function and housekeeping requests. As we did not have a bellman to assist us upon arrival, we were unsure about the location and operation of the light switches. Unfortunately, we inadvertently activated the Do Not Disturb feature and, as a result, our room was not serviced for two days. A brief explanation of the room’s technology and housekeeping procedures upon check-in would have been very helpful and would have prevented this misunderstanding. Overall, however, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the hospitality of the staff."

"Housekeeping is excellent considering the rooms are not updated they are accommodating to visitors request. Some Registration staff are on rotation from other islands and are very professional. It appears I encountered only one agent who wasn’t taught how to seek out answers to questions proposed and didn’t seem to know the “I’m not so sure or let me double check that”. As travelers I know see and feel when a person is unsure but appears to conjure an answer that is very questionable. Therefore as a traveler. my common sense kicked in to reconfirm an answers. Meals are delicious and give plenty of options and variety of foods. Servers and bar tenders are inviting you with smiles and laughter. The exfoliating experience in the spa did not disappoint."
