The staff was lovely, we loved the bartenders (Kash and Paula). The front desk was incredibly helpful and Kitty set us up in the best position to travel around. It was all around a great experience. We had come from Blue Bay which very much did not meet our expectations, booked Kunuku that day, and even considering there was a black out for a few hours, it was truly a worth while visit. Everyone was so attentive and kind.

The hotel is very child friendly, my 1 yr old absolutely loved the kiddies pool. They ran out of strawberry Daquiri a couple of times but other than that, excellent, exceptional service.

Kunuku is an amazing place to stay, especially for families with children. It truly lives up to its name, ā€œAqua,ā€ with the many pools located throughout the resort. There is plenty for kids to enjoy, making it a great family-friendly destination. One suggestion I would make is to have a lift or some type of luggage transportation service available for guests. We stayed on the top floor, and getting our suitcases up the hill and then carrying them up the stairs was quite challenging. I would also recommend looking into the mattresses, as the bed was quite uncomfortable and made it difficult to get a good nightā€™s rest. Aside from these few suggestions, we had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed our time at Kunuku. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend it to families, especially those traveling with kids.

Great value for money. Especially for families with little kids. The big water park is alot of fun - the kids couldnā€™t get enough of it. However, little blemish is that the A/c was leaking and the internet was spotty. Helpful friendly staff the 3 BR apartment was sizable for a family of 5. Car rental upstairs reception was very convenient. Again good value.

Overall, we had a good stay at Kunuku Aqua Resort. The cleanliness was good, and the resort felt well maintained. The amenities were average, but the new water park was amazing and definitely the highlight for kids ā€” they had a great time! The food and drinks could use some improvement, as there wasnā€™t a lot of variety and the quality could be better. Still, itā€™s a nice family-friendly place, especially if youā€™re traveling with children.ā€

Everything was so nice, we traveled with our three teens. The property was very clean, the pools and amenities were all very nice. Lots of pools and spaces for everyone to enjoy. Limited alcoholic beverages but a good variety.

I liked that the staff were very helpful, very accommodating, good food, drinks were plenty, live entertainment, many pools and bars on the facility. Tours were included. Room was clean with proper functioning AC Unit. Only thing I would say, no voltage adapter for converting Euro to American outlets, but was able to purchase at front desk for a small fee. Not enough bath soap, shampoo and conditioner.

Kunuku was value for money. Breakfast was good stuff, snacks during the day, dinner was good. The place did not feel crowded even during meal times. The pools were excellent. The Waterworld park was fun for the kids. They enjoyed it thoroughly. There was no issue really. The place throughout was clean and staff were always around, cleaning doing walkabouts and always available to help. I enjoyed my stay.
