The staff at the Parassasa Hotel were absolutely a delight and pleasure to interact with. They were all beyond helpful and so friendly. The hotel and my room was extremely clean and the location was a perfect midway point between the beaches and the city center. It was a wonderful stay!

I absolutely loved this place! It’s right by the beach, and the staff were amazing everyone was so friendly and kind. I gave it 4 stars mainly because on our last night, our room wasn’t cleaned, and we noticed some black stuff on the sheets, which definitely grossed my sister out. However, the front desk was very prompt in taking care of it for us. Besides that one issue, everything else was perfect! I would definitely stay here again.

During my stay at Parasasa Hotel, I enjoyed the staff immensely! I was shocked to learn that a lot of the staff were young due to their professional! My only regret was after 10pm, everything shut down!

Stayed there for the period Aug 4 to 7 with my wife and 2 kids. Room was clean, toilet, shower and all faucets worked perfect. Daily cleaning is available. The main desk staff was very helpful and yes, we got all the towels needed to use and leave, just make sure and return them. The pool was also clean. Great property all round and would definitely recommend them. We also tried the dining in, the good was also great and we received complimentary drinks with out dinner.

I had a wonderful relaxing stay here as a solo traveler. Staff in training were helpful, pumpkin pancakes for breakfast amazing, pool clean. Across the street from Parasasa Playa-swimming,not good for snorkeling. Great place to stay 10 minutes from downtown.

I really enjoyed my stay! The room was clean and cozy, and the views were absolutely beautiful—especially being so close to the beach. Room was very clean and smelled clean as well. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Jimmy, a bartender was very helpful with suggesting local places to visit. All of the ladies that we came in contact with were very sweet. The hotel was great for the price we paid and it is directly from Parasasa beach.. literally walking distance! The pool and the restaurant was a nice touch as well. I really enjoyed my stay and would visit again!

Check-in was easy. There is an elevator, but I didn't use it because it is a little slow, and I was near the stairs. The room was spacious and well-maintained. The bed was comfortable, and there was a refrigerator, and multiple outlets available (you need an adaptor if you don't have the European style prongs). The temp in the room could be a little cooler during the day, but it was perfect at night. The bathroom is a little tight, but it was sufficient. The water temp and pressure were great. I didn't need any assistance from the staff during my stay, but someone was always available. There is a nice covered outside bar and restaurant, along with a seating area. The location is safe, and not too far from the city area nor the beaches.

Staff was great! Food was good but want more local choices. Salmon is not a catch of the day lol. Rooms are clean and decent location to get around. If you buy the breakfast buffet, it’s not a buffet, it’s continental. Like to unwind at the end of the day with a show or movie, there is a tv with no services.

Room was spotless but I missed not having a balcony. This hotel is a work in progress and once they get the extractor working in bathrooms will be much appreciated. Staff were great and one has to bear with the students who try so hard. Bed was perfect. Air con brilliant. And hats off to the lady who helped me when I had a vertigo attack and got me to my room and looked after me and my husband, def recommend this place away from the mayhem of the big resorts.
