Clean, convenient and well run.

Simple check in process, property is well secured. Nice kitchen with everything included. I had a very comfortable stay for the entirety of the week there.

Booked, paid, got told they couldn’t accommodate the first 2 days, had to fight for a refund of those 2 days but kept the rest of the booking. On the day of check in got no check in details, called and got told they couldn’t accommodate 5 days, canceled rest of booking. They said it’s a problem with Expedia specifically

Very poor

The description of the accommodation is inaccurate and misleading. There is no kitchen within the accommodation itself, there is a shared kitchen. The furniture was of very poor quality, especially the mattress which was also stained. The shower drain was blocked. There was nowhere to store clothes other than four hangers. The carpet was stained. The bedding was cheap and poor quality. The crockery and cutlery provided was cheap and mismatched. The entrance hallway smelled. Worst of all there was an EXTREMELY LARGE DRIED BOGEY stuck on the wall. The neighbourhood was also rundown.

For us it was good.

The doorlock, to go with your hand over it, was not working everytime??? The code, that you must end with a " * ", is not clear??? There is no bar for the towels, there is no closet for your clothes, there was no shelf by the bathmirror, the showerhead should be replaced. The rest was in good condition and oke.

Charged for things unfairly! Horrible experience!

I was charged for sink coming off the wall that was like that at arriving. Also charged for smoking in the room but no one smoked in that room. Very loud children above us when there is a no children allowed policy. Check in was do it yourself. Did not get online DO IT YOURSELF check in service. As I travelled internationally I did not get ANY emails before I left fot this trip. I would recommend considering staying elseate/

Messy outside apartments on arrival in the premises. Bags of laundry everywhere. But actual apartment was ok however not all the cutlery was clean and there was only a little toilet roll in the bathroom

Clean and compact.

Smaller then I expected but fit for purpose. Heating was not working for the first day but was sorted out. No microwave in the apartment which would have been great but again due to the compactness of the kitchen area there would be no room. Overall very presentable and comfortable

My stay in Dudley

I was very impressed with the apartment. It was clean and the location was very convenient for me as I was in Dudley dealing with a family matter. When I spoke to the office the staff were very friendly and helpful and made sure that I had checked in successfully. I am returning to Dudley and have rebooked!!

Heating

The heating wasn’t working for some reason, please fix your heating. Other than that, I hade a great stay. The place was very clean and tidy. Nice smart Tv with free netflix🙌🏽
