You would not regret and even enjoy this fine hotel. IMO it is better than fancy hotels in Ankara.

Bu otelde 2. Kez kalışım, bir öncekinde de memnun kalmıştım. Birkaç arkadaş olarak sınav için Ankara’ya geldiğimizde kaldık, gayet memnun ayrıldık. Benim odamı kendilerinden upgrade ettiler, büyük geniş ferah bi odaydı, odanın sıcaklığı iyiydi, her şey temizdi, yatağı gayet rahattı. Kahvaltısı yeterli ve kaliteli malzemeler vardı, gayet güzeldi. Otel puanının 9.6 olduğunu görerek bu otelde kalmayı seçtim. Personel gayet sıcak ve samimi, ilgiliydi. Fakat 9.6 puanı olan bir otelden beklediğimin çok daha altında bir kahvaltı çeşitliliği, sunumu, odalarda müşteriye sunulan imkan eksikliği vardı. Daha düşük puanlı kaldığım birçok otelde olan kulak pamuğu, diş fırçası gibi banyo ürünleri yoktu, odadan ayrılırken havlular vb. ürünlerin yenilenmesini istedik fakat geldiğimizde sadece havlular yenilenmişti, yeni terlik vb. ürünler bırakılmamıştı, oda temizlik görevlilerinin yeterli denetlenmediğini düşünüyorum, kahvaltıya çıkarken gördüğümüz, temiz havlular poşet içinde de olsa yerlerdeydi, arabada taşınması gerekir. Ayrıca odadan sanırım farklı bir odaya açılan kilitlenmiş bir kapı vardı fakat gece boyunca kapı altından odamıza ışık ve sigara kokusu girdi, kapı kapatıldıysa altında da ışık, hava girmesini önleyici bir bariyer koymak gerekmez mi? Personelin ilgisine diyeceğim eksi birşey yok fakat diğer konularda benim görüşüm oldukça eksikti.

Çok şık ve yeni, personel ilgili, fiyat uygun

İş amaçlı seyahatimiz için tercih ettik. Odalar çok şık ve çok geniş. Banyo ürünleri de çok başarılıydı, el yapımı sabunlar vs. Kahvaltısı da gayet yeterliydi. Personel çok ilgili. Normalde otelde sigara içilmiyormuş ama odam yoğun sigara kokuyordu. Önceki müşteri sebebiyle sanıyorum. Ancak personel epey yardımcı oldu. Yalnızca odamın değiştirilmesini istemiştim ama otelin dolu olduğu bilgisini verdiler. Bu ufak problem haricinde otelden memnun kaldık. Bir sonraki ziyaretimizde yine kalmayı planlıyoruz. Verilen hizmete göre fiyatının da gayet uygun olduğunu düşünüyorum.
