Just before we arrived I got a call from the hosts and let them know that 2 friends would arrive 30 minutes before us. I was told that I would have to pay an additional R790 for them because they charge extra each person over 2. This was not made clear on the app. This accommodation was not worth over R2,500 for the night. Unhappy guests who feel ripped off."

From the first contact we had at the reception with the friendly and helpful staff, to the impeccably neat and modern room, we absolutely LOVED our night here! "This was the most beautiful hotel we’ve stayed at in a long time. We are frequent travellers and we stayed in some lovely hotels in South Africa but this was most definitely the top.
The rooms were stunning as was the whole hotel.
