OYO Rooms in Bintan Island from NZ$3

This is our second visit and we plan to come again next year. We really enjoy the location, rooms & friendliness of the staff - we felt the service was personalised and sincere. The dining experience was wonderful location however the quality of the food (being taste) was inconsistent between different choices particularly around meat dishes being a little dry and sometimes undercooked. Exceptional stay at The Residence, Bintan ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The staff were the highlight of our stay. Everyone was so friendly and attentive, and nothing was ever too much trouble. They made us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we arrived. Our villa with its private pool was beautiful and luxurious. It was a lovely place to relax, and the personal touches throughout made the stay feel extra special. The amenities were fantastic, and the food was delicious, with plenty to enjoy at every meal....

Room was spotless, pools well kept and Strawbella staff wonderful, al acarte dining options broad and buffet was good. All staff were wonderful. Hotel organised driver for full day tour and Rio was also exceptional. So many seating options throughout the resort

What an amazing stay! Really exceeded our expectations!! The villa was amazing- it was huge, very clean and the bed was comfortable and luxurious. The staff were really helpful and friendly and the little details and personalised treatment we received made our stay memorable. The breakfast buffet had so much variety and the food delicious! Thank you Four Points team for making our stay one to remember! We will definitely come back again

The staff were amazing, friendly, helpful and did everything to make the stay perfect. The place is super clean and rooms really comfortable. The food was good too. The spa was also a lovely experience too, was there 3 of the 5 days we were there :)

This was my second time to Banyan Tree Bintan. It’s a very peaceful beautiful resort, a wonderful place to relax and recharge your batteries. Staff are wonderful, services and amenities are great. One thing to note- the resort isn’t close to shops, no regular taxi service & to hire car/driver usually has a minimum 4hr rate.

This resort is amazing from the minute we got off the ferry and were greeted by transport staff to the last minute where the staff waved us off !! Rooms a dream !! Bathroom just wow... pool well there are no words for it!! Breakfast and the staff in the restaurant cannot be better. Had dinner a few nights as well , the satay to die for! Chef buri could not be more obliging.. I recommend the canopy 100%

We absolutely loved our stay at Indra Maya Pool Villas. The staff, without exception, were super friendly and helpful. The villa was spacious and clean, location is only 15 mins from the ferry terminal, we definitely enjoyed the pool. We had our own buggy to travel to the different properties within the Nirwana resort grounds and we received discounts for various purchases and laundry. One minor downside is the convenience stores on the properties were sparsely stocked e.g. we could not find...
