"I had great experience staying at Hotel Spinne. I was traveling solo, and the room for one person was perfect for me. The room was clean and spacious with a big patio and the view of Mount Eiger! The bathroom was a bit small but I had no problem with it. I also spent time at their spa after a long day of hiking, very relaxing! "Great hotel in Grindelwald. The staff was very friendly and the complimentary breakfast was very good. We had a fantastic view of the Eiger and Monch mountains that captivated us. I suggest requesting a room with a view of these mountains as opposed to the other side that looks towards Mount First. That side isn't bad, but the view towards Eiger and Monch is fantastic. The mountains feel close enough to touch. It's a 15 to 20 minute walk to the main train station, but there are also buses...
